Holiday Contest Winners
About a month or so ago we decided to run a little Holiday Photo Contest to find a new face for our Holiday line.
We thought we would open it to our facebook fans, because they really have helped us grow our company! Never in a million years would we have ever been so humbled and flattered that our fans would have exploded basically overnight. The response to this contest was off the charts!!! Not only did we have 30 amazing finalists from a field of 197 entries, we also have made new friends and grown our business.
The first plan was to have one winner. One of our fans had made the comment that our fan count was rising. So, we upped the ante and made a mention that if the fan count got to 1000 we would award one more winner. Well. We are now past 3000 fans, and even though this wasn’t the thought behind having a contest like this – we are amazed by the response! We want to thank each of you for taking the time to support these girls. Each of the finalists will receive an Official Crowned Couture logo-tee and our two winners? Well, lets just say that between the two of them, we are going to custom make $800.00 worth of new clothing for them to model, they get a free photoshoot with Shea Blackwell Photography and they are featured on our website as an official Holiday model. Just when things may not get better….We are inviting our 2 top winners to come to Memphis and enjoy our Official Holiday Shoot on October 1oth.
So… Who won?
After officially going through the votes and discarding general comments (they didn’t count) and checking for any odd voting strategies or duplicate votes we have a VERY close contest.
Our 1st runner up is….
Mika’s photo was captured at a University of Arkansas game the weekend the contest was announced. Mika’s nickname was *Arkansas Razorbacks Cheerleader* in our contest!

Allisyn’s sweet tears pushed her into the top spot by 2 votes! you all must know that the *crying Superman* as she was nicknamed in the contest is a very fun loving little girl who was just scared.
