CC Testimonial
We are the first to understand how ordering from a new company can be scary. So we asked a Crowned Couture client a few questions about her experience with our company and wanted to share her answers with you!
Meet Natasha King. She has known about Crowned Couture for 3 years. She has a little girl – Age 7. We were asked to make a few things out of our original patterns about 2 years ago for her princess to enjoy as she headed into Kindergarten. This is what she had to say.
CC:: When you first saw the samples of the patterns, what was your first reaction?
NK:: It was love at first sight. I have to admit when I learned they were hand made, I immediately thought the quality was going to be less than store bought. But as a single mom, I haven’t really ventured into a boutique to buy clothes because I felt like budget would be a concern. I went with my gut instinct and bought a dress.
CC:: Quality is always a concern. How did the first dress work for you?
NK:: She still wears it to this day! 2 years later and $40 bucks later, it is one of her favorites! Multiple washes it still looks brand new. The quality is great and I obviously love the quality because I ordered more. A lot more.
CC:: LOL! So what else did you order? Can you give any advice to someone who may not know about Crowned Couture when they order?
NK:: We Have the Marissa Dress, the Tori Bubble Top, the Mallory Skirt, the Marie Dress, and the Zella Pant. We have a few of the same items, just in different fabrics. For anyone who hasn’t ordered before, measure your child. Crowned Couture is really good about predicting the growth of your child, and the items last forever. I think we had the prototype of the Marissa Dress. It was right below her knee when we got it. A year later, it still fits her and it is half way up her knee. I think it is safe to assume we will be getting another year or more out of it – if it gets too short, then I will put leggings under it. My daughter wears it all year long. She has a long sleeeve shirt or the Tori Bubble Top she wears under it when it gets cooler. Then in the summer, she wears it as a tank type dress. She loves everything. The Marie Dress is her all time fave because it is named after her. Oh! We also have a lot of the logo wear, which is adorable!
CC:: Since you have a lot of Crowned Couture in her closet, what is the hardest or most difficult part of ordering from Crowned Couture?
NK:: Ordering isn’t a problem – it is the deciding what to purchase.
CC:: Are there pieces you are deciding between?
NK:: At the moment I am going to not be able to decide, so I am going to buy the Catie-Beth, which I have seen, and it is fab. Also ordering from the sequin collection, which isn’t posted yet. I am lucky to be able to stop into the studio to see what is coming next. LOL!
Well, There you all have it!! Which Crowned Couture piece is your favorite?
